Northstar Couloir, Arapaho Peaks Traverse, and Old Baldy, June 2006

Exactly 52 weeks after I climbed Skywalker on South Arapaho and then did the traverse to North Arapaho and back, Roland and I headed back to these peaks and climbed Northstar Couloir on the far side of North Arapaho. We got up sufficiently early to get some quite good climbing conditions; unfortunately the snow stopped about 100 feet before the top of the couloir. There was less snow than the previous year, making the traverse quite a bit easier. I insisted on climbing Old Baldy, basically for peakbagging purposes. It's a ranked 13er in the IPW, so why not?
